Project #4 — MyCollegeERP — LIVE & under active maintenance
Built and launched MyCollegeERP — one platform covering every student journey from Admission to Alumni. Two-part delivery under one engagement: (1) the static marketing site at infycollegeerp.com — built from scratch by Prodaxis, and (2) the full ERP application at app.infycollegeerp.com — originally developed by INFYSKILL EduTech Pvt Ltd and now handed over to Prodaxis for active development + monthly maintenance. Modules covered: Admissions, Students, Faculty, Courses, Fees, Attendance, Exams, Results, Alumni. Fourth paid project — still just getting started.
Platform polish — tech watermark + brand logo across the site
Shipped a tech-themed background watermark across every page — dotted world map, animated connection arcs, floating badges (AI, Cloud, Shield, Code, CPU, Network) and circuit hairlines. Also rolled the official Prodaxis brand logo through the navbar, footer, sidebars, login pages, loading screens and email templates. The site now feels like a connected, secure, AI-ready command center instead of a flat blue page.
Project 3 — INFYSKILL EDUTECH WhatsApp tool — Phase 1 delivered
Delivered Phase 1 of a self-hosted WhatsApp Automation Tool for INFYSKILL EDUTECH. QR-based WhatsApp Web login, template-driven messaging with {{variables}}, bulk CSV sending, live delivery status (queued → sent → delivered → read), per-batch caps, daily rate limiting, and an admin panel — without Meta Cloud API costs. Stack: Node.js, Express, whatsapp-web.js, Socket.IO, Puppeteer. Designed for non-technical users to run personalised WhatsApp campaigns affordably. Third paying client delivered.
Third demo live: EV Subba Reddy Skin Care
Added a third proposal demo — a treatment-focused website for a dermatology & skin care clinic. Service pages, doctor profile, and enquiry flow ready to be customised for any specialty clinic. The proposal portfolio is now showing what a real digital presence looks like for healthcare and specialty clinics.
Client portal + admin platform → fully functional
End-to-end project lifecycle is now live: admins create clients, set up phased projects, raise multi-phase or custom invoices with toggleable GST, upload deliverables, and post client-visible activity. Clients log in via email OTP, view phase timeline, download files & invoice PDFs, and pay online via Razorpay — all marked paid on the dashboard automatically. Branded HTML emails fire at every step (welcome, OTP, invoice, payment, phase started/completed, project done). The platform we sell is the platform we use.
Two new hospital demos live for proposal
Built and deployed two live hospital website demos for prospective clients: a pediatric hospital and a multi-specialty hospital. Both demos are fully functional, mobile-responsive, and ready to be customised in 1-2 weeks for any clinic or hospital. Mission: help businesses own their digital presence before their competitors do.
Sudha Hospitals — Phase 1 LIVE & wrapped
Launched sudhahospitals.co.in — a complete Hospital Management System for a multi-specialty hospital in Tadepally, Vijayawada. 10 public pages with SEO + JSON-LD, online booking engine with live Razorpay payments, OTP-secured reception portal (walk-ins, cash/UPI/online), and a super-admin dashboard for appointments, revenue, doctors, refunds, RBAC and activity logs. Stack: Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind 4, Prisma 6, Supabase, NextAuth + OTP, Razorpay. 15,859 lines of code, 39 API endpoints, 28 DB models, 65 UI components — shipped solo in 1 month. Phase 1 wrapped, payment received in full. Phase 2 (lab, pharmacy, doctor dashboards) and Phase 3 (WhatsApp Business API) coming next.
Prodaxis.in v2 — trust palette + client portal
Rebuilt the entire site with a trust-focused navy/blue palette. Added client portal with phase-based project tracking, smart cost estimator with real Indian market pricing, and a chatbot assistant. Mobile-first responsive design.
Udyam MSME registration complete
Prodaxis is now officially registered as a Micro Enterprise under the MSME Development Act. Udyam certificate received from the Andhra Pradesh unit. Next steps: GST registration and business bank account.
Vinitha Creations — first live project!
Delivered and launched vinithacreations.com — a complete business website with responsive design, portfolio showcase, and contact integration. First paying client for Prodaxis.
Built the Prodaxis architecture
Completed the full website architecture document — competitive analysis, 6-page sitemap, tech stack decisions, security plan, and a 5-phase roadmap from solo founder to product company.
